Tim is responsible for developing new business strategies, financial models and relationships that will drive long-term revenue opportunities for ADMI. He focuses on supporting intellectual property owners with real estate interests and the private equity and investment bank owners of real estate portfolios in the entertainment, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors.
Tim’s previous experience includes senior international executive positions in corporate development, strategic planning, engineering and business ownership at Sony Corporation. He provided leadership within both the Sony real estate development organization and Sony Electronics. Most recently he developed and owned the $150MM/yr managed services P&L related to the conversion of cinema to digital projection. To launch this business, Tim negotiated international funding agreements with all major film studios, and external sale/leaseback agreements with international banks. Because this was an entirely new business for Sony, he also developed an innovative 10 year equipment operating lease instrument for cinema owners in the US, Europe and Latin America. Tim represented Sony as a member of the Board of Directors for Convergent Media.
Tim’s deal experience is very broad including debt & equity investments, sponsorship, joint marketing, sale/leaseback, and operating/capital lease agreements. His portfolio includes financial partners including domestic and international bank funding, and clients such as Walt Disney Imagineering, Universal Studios, Paramount Pictures, National Amusements, Vulcan and House of Blues.
